This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit www.hipuffy.eu (the "Site") or make a purchase there.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

COOKIES

Here is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether or not to allow them.

_session_id, a unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, return page, etc.).

_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (according to the visitor's location) the next day. Calculates the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.

cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id, storefront_digest unique session identifier, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

- "Log files" track activity on the Site and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, your Internet service provider, your referrer and exit pages, and your timestamp data (date and time).

- "Invisible pixels", "web beacons", and "pixels" are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.

In addition, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, and payment information (including your credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. This automatically collected information is referred to as "Order Information".

When we use the term "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Generally, we use the Order Information we collect to process any order placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging the shipment of your order, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, we use this Order Information to:
communicate with you; assess potential fraud or risks; and, when it aligns with the preferences you have communicated to us, provide you with information or advertising about our products or services.
