1.2 Website

The Website allows Customers to purchase cannabidiol (CBD) and related hemp products offered by the Seller.
1.3 Scope
These Terms govern:

4. CBD PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Seller offers cannabidiol (CBD) products that comply with applicable Czech Republic and European Union laws.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:

products are made from legally permitted hemp varieties;

6.8 Failure to Pay

7. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
7.1 Transfer of Title

7.2 Transfer Under Czech Law
The transfer of ownership is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

8. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
8.1 Dispatch
Orders are normally shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment is processed.
Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
8.2 Delivery Times

The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by:

8.6 Customs and Import Charges
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar government charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
8.7 Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or seized due to local legal restrictions or the Customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws, the Seller shall not be liable for any resulting losses.
Refunds, if any, shall be determined at the Seller's discretion and subject to applicable law.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1 Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the Goods.
This right is granted pursuant to:

9.2 Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

9.3 Return of Goods

Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.
10.2 Damaged Goods
If the goods arrive visibly damaged or defective, the customer should notify the seller within 48 hours after delivery.
Prompt notification helps the Seller process claims related to transportation but does not limit statutory warranty rights.
10.3 Defective Goods
If the goods are defective, the Customer may exercise the rights available under Czech law, including, where applicable:

The Customer acknowledges that the Agreement is entered into electronically without the parties being physically present at the same time.

19. FORCE MAJEURE

For the purposes of these Terms, Force Majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Seller that prevents or delays the performance of its contractual obligations.

24. FINAL PROVISIONS
