NOTICE OF OBLIGATION TO ACCEPT DEFECTIVE GOODS

Based on the above, we have been issued by SZPI, among other things, a measure prohibiting the placing of these goods on the market and requiring the taking back of the goods from the consumers to whom the above-mentioned goods were supplied. Given that, according to our internal records, you were supplied with the above-mentioned goods or some of the above-mentioned goods, we hereby request the following:

Please inform us whether the above-mentioned goods have already been consumed or whether you still have them in an unconsumed state (i.e. in what quantity);
If you have some of the above-mentioned goods in an unconsumed state, please do not consume them;
Contact us to obtain information about how to return the product and the options for compensation – once the goods have been returned, we will credit the full amount to your account;
If you have already consumed the product and are experiencing health problems, please seek medical attention.
Please strictly follow the above instructions. Your cooperation is key to ensuring your safety. If we do not receive a response from you, we will try to contact you again. If we are unable to do so, we will assume that the above-mentioned goods have been consumed and can no longer be disposed of or returned.

NOTIFICATION OF THE OBLIGATION TO TAKE DELIVERY OF THE DEFECTIVE GOODS

Dear Customer,

Please be informed that on the basis of the inspection carried out by the State Agricultural and Food Inspection Authority (hereinafter referred to as "SZPI"), it has been established that the goods listedbelow do not meet the food safety requirements and are assessed as harmful to health pursuant to Article 14(1) of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principlesand requirements of food law, establishing the European Food SafetyAuthorityand laying downprocedures in matters of food safety (the „Regulation“), with regard to the psychoactive substance Δ9-THC contained in significant quantities in the daily dose of these products. The goods concerned are:

Puffy Sour Diesel Pomme Gummy THC, 10 pieces (90 g), lot not specified, expiry date not specified, manufacturer and distributor Puffy 2338 E. Aneheim St, Suite 200C Long Beach, CA 90804;
Puffy Sweetie Cappuccino au Chocolat Noir 100 mg, lot: 2025/1/2, best before date: 2026/1/2, manufacturer: Puffy 2338 E. Aneheim St, Suite 200C Long Beach, CA 90804, Distributor: Puffy 2338 E. Aneheim St, Suite 200C Long Beach, CA 90804;
Puffy Sirop Berry Haze 25 mg, lot: n/a, best before date: 15-3-2025, manufacturer: n/a.

On the basis of the above, we have been ordered by the SZPI, inter alia, to stop placing these goods on the market and to ensure the take-back of the goods from the consumers to whom the above goodswere delivered. Since, according to our internal information, the above goods or some of the abovegoods have been delivered to you, we hereby request the following:

Please inform us promptly whether the above-mentioned goods have been consumed or whetheryou still have them in an unconsumed state (if so, what amount);
If you are in possession of any of the above goods in an unconsumed state, please do not consume them;
Contact us for information on how to return the product and the possibility of compensation – wewill credit the full amount to your account upon return;
If you have already consumed the product and are experiencing health problems, please seekmedical attention.
